SKILLS, Inc. provides community support programs in Pittsfield, Skowhegan, Hinckley and Waterville.
Each program is unique, but all offer people with intellectual disabilities opportunities to learn new skills and engage with the community.
Our new flexible schedule helps program attendees experience even more community events. Programs are open 7AM to 3PM, Monday through Friday with optional evening and weekend sessions.
Community support programs include:
L.C. Dill Community Supports in Skowhegan
Ervin Community Supports in Waterville
Central Maine Community Supports in Hinckley
Pittsfield Community Supports in Pittsfield
Need transportation? No problem. Participants can ride with our staff or arrange rides through the Kennebec Valley Community Action Program (KVCAP)
We know that adults want to be independent. With homes all over central Maine,
we help adults with intellectual disabilities stay in the communities
they grew up in. Our Direct Support Professionals work in homes 24-hours a day
to support residents and keep them safe.
Private Non-Medical Institutes (PNMIs)
With a range of support levels, we encourage all adults to remain as independent as possible while staying safe and healthy.
